At County Metal Works all our gates and railings are made from the finest materials to ensure the very best quality. These heavyweight top of the range solid steel gates provide excellent security combined with beautiful design. Supplied with drop bolts, latch and adjustable hinges.

Product Specification: 40mm x 40mm hanging/closing stiles, 40mm x 10mm cross rails, 16mm solid vertical bars.
Protective Finish: All of our metal gates and railings are supplied in a black primer coat finish and require finishing with a good quality top coat.
Dimensions: All sizes refer to actual openings of the gate width; we have already allowed for hinges etc. Rising from 4' 0" at the posts to 5' 0" at the centre of the gate when hung.
Fittings: Gates are supplied with adjustable hinges. Due to the weight of the gates, care should be taken to ensure the brickwork is strong enough to support them.
Posts: Steel posts which are concreted into the ground are recommended for all large gates, please refer to Posts Section.
Please note black powder coat finish is also available.

Hinges
All our gates are supplied with heavy duty top of the range barrel hinges with grease nipples and anchor bolts.
